The Bistrova system (app.bistrova.app) only uses the cookies it needs to work. On the bistrova.app website we also use Google Analytics and live chat, but only if you accept them in the cookie notice. We use no advertising cookies.

Cookies we use

BV_SESS: keeps you signed in to the admin (up to 30 days if you choose "Remember me").

BV_TAB: the team’s session on the tablet (closes by itself after a few minutes without use).

bv_dev: remembers that a tablet is linked to a venue (up to 400 days; can be unlinked from the admin).

BV_PANEL: session of the Bistrova team’s internal panel.

These cookies do not track you and are not shared with third parties.

bistrova.app website (only if you accept)

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.): _ga and _ga_* cookies to count visits and see which pages are of interest, with anonymised IP. They last up to 2 years.

Tawk.to live chat (tawk.to Inc.): TawkConnectionTime, twk_uuid_* and __tawkuuid cookies to keep the conversation open. If you choose “Only necessary”, the chat only loads when you click “Chat with us”.

The website also stores in your browser (not in a cookie) your cookie choice for 6 months and, if you arrive from a sales agent’s link, their code for 60 days.

You can change your mind by clearing the site data in your browser: the notice will show again.

Other services

When you pay or manage your card you are on Stripe’s pages, which use their own cookies for payment security (stripe.com/cookie-settings).

Fonts are hosted on our own server: they are not loaded from Google or any other site.

If you sign up from a sales agent’s link, their code is stored in the bv_ref cookie (60 days) so we know who recommended Bistrova to you.
